At BMSPL, training aims to develop knowledge, skill and attitude necessary to perform at work. We believe that training is a learning process and a task oriented activity. It starts with a process of teaching new employees basic skills they need to perform their job and leads till decision making skill for a leadership position. We provide training in two ways on the job training and off the job training. On the job training includes Job rotation, apprenticeship, Job instruction & orientation. Off the job training includes lectures & special study, conference or discussion, case study, role playing, simulation, management games, outside seminars. Training is always driven by an objective discussed with client and is concluded by a system to evaluate the effectiveness of the training.

Before designing the training program our team ensures that there is proper linkage among organizational, operational and individual training needs.

Major techniques used are techniques of role reversal, leadership games, communication games, team building games, mirroring, out bound training, cross cultural training etc.The aim is to provide organizations with flexible, customized training solutions to achieve measurable results at the best prices on the market.

If we could dispense with the word ‘training’ we would since our work is indeed, more than just training. We call what we do Professional Personal Development since we believe that if you can’t use our work in the whole of your life (as opposed to only in the workplace), we haven’t done our job. Our view is that it is the whole person who comes into a training room, not just the work person, and the more we can relate our work to the whole person, the more effective and long lasting it will be.
