This is an initiative which we have taken as a National / Social cause to create better employability or a best fit in HR zone. Our company shares a good association with various Institutions/ Colleges all over India and we have been interacting with them in providing career counseling sessions as well as project and placement assistance. Triple Eye is a win – win situation for the Institutions / Colleges, Corporate and ourselves. For the colleges, it enables better absorption of their students in top industries. Corporates can benefit in terms of good qualitative numbers of desired recruitment from a mix of Freshers and Experienced candidates. For Bhakti Management Services Pvt. Ltd, in addition as a part of our business, it is our goodwill, reputation and brand promotion with Corporates and Institutes.

2003: We organized Off Campus of TCS (Mumbai) / Dresser Rand I Ltd ( A’bad – Mumbai). / Satyam Computers(Hyderabad).

2004:We organized Off Campus of Satyam Computers(Hyderabad) , Wipro Tech(Bangalore) , L& T(Baroda) by coordinating with universities of Cuttack, Gandhinagar colleges, Nirma University etc.

2005:We organized Off Campus of 2000 engineers for Infosys and for 350 engineers for L&T.

2006: We organized Off Campus of 500 engineers for JCT Electronics (Baroda – Delhi) , 400 engineers for Patni computers (Now igate).

2007: We organised Off Campus of 750 engineers in MP, Rajasthan and Orissa for Asia Motor Works and Adani Group.

2008 – 2012: We arranged campus / Off Campus of 200 – 1000 engineers in Rajasthan for Mahindra and Mahindra (Mumbai), Sierra Atlantic (Hyderbad); HCL Infotech(New Delhi) ; Honeywell (Pune) . IRC (Aditya Birla Group); JMC, SanghiGroup ; Digvijay Cements.

We took initiatives to invite maximum MNCs for all ITes (IT enabled services) in the start up period of IT move in India at various locations for top BPO Companies : DELL ; EXL; Convergys; IBM (Daksh),Wipro, Spectra mind / BPO; TCS.BPO etc.

We also spearheaded as single biggest consultant in Medical Transcription drive at Gujarat to garner more than 500 candidates from all over country including Gujarat.

We utilized our inherent HR counseling sessions to bridge the gap of desired skill sets / competency mapping for the candidates in our recruitment drives (Our Career shapers Company looking after Placements and Recruitments).

2011 – 2013:We have taken new initiatives of OD Interventions and T&D for various Corporates including HR review processes (KRAs –KPIs – Goals) to enhance the productivity and thus the Turnover / Growth. These are the processes which display the magnitude and growth signs of any Organisation / Establishment / Institution by quantitative values.

We, in last cyclic recession periods, created new Innovations in HR domain by affecting the switch over of some good numbers of permanent staff to Contractual (Outsourcings on our Pay rolls) to tide over the attrition rates and bring cost effective solutions to some good Organistions like LINDE Group / Molex etc.

2013 – Onwards:We have undertaken the initiative of “Finishing School” concept at all levels of HR (Fresh college talents to Top management leaders) to bridge the gap of Competency Mappings thus aiming to support the: Demand – Supply curve on career / jobs / relocations.
